Built for daily wear. Supported with clear care.

Branton stands behind the construction of its menswear. This guide explains how warranty review works, what information helps us assess a garment, and how to contact our team if something does not meet a reasonable standard of quality.

Warranty Principle Our review focuses on construction, material integrity, and whether the issue reflects normal wear or an unexpected defect.
Scope 01

Construction.

We review stitching, seams, fastenings, and garment structure when an issue appears unusual for normal use.

Scope 02

Materials.

Fabric, trim, and finish are assessed against reasonable expectations for the product category.

Scope 03

Care history.

Care label instructions matter. Heat, harsh washing, and heavy wear may affect warranty review.

Scope 04

Support path.

Contact Branton with your order details and clear photos so our team can review the issue efficiently.

Included

Unexpected construction issues.

Examples may include unusual seam failure, faulty closures, or material concerns that appear to be unrelated to normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

Reviewed

Material behavior over time.

Fabric softening, color evolution, and light surface wear can be natural. Our team reviews whether the condition falls outside expected performance.

Not Covered

Normal wear or improper care.

Shrinkage from high heat, stains, accidental damage, heavy abrasion, alterations, and care label neglect are generally outside warranty review.

Outcome

A practical resolution path.

After review, Branton may provide care guidance, repair direction, replacement guidance, or another appropriate support option.

The clearest claim is the easiest to resolve.

When contacting Branton, include the order number, product name, a short explanation, and photos taken in natural light. Good documentation helps our team understand whether the issue is construction-related, care-related, or a normal result of wear.

Step 01

Gather details.

Prepare your order number, the email used at checkout, product name, and a concise description of the concern.

Step 02

Photograph clearly.

Capture the full garment, close-up of the issue, and any label, seam, button, zipper, or fabric area involved.

Step 03

Contact Branton.

Reach us through the contact page or email info@branton.lat with your details and supporting images.

Step 04

Wait for review.

Our team will assess the information and respond with the next practical step for the garment.

Important Notes

How condition affects warranty support.

A garment’s condition tells part of its story. These notes help set clear expectations before you submit a warranty inquiry for shirts, T-shirts, jackets, trousers, knitwear, outerwear, shorts, and accessories.

01 · Normal Wear

Daily use changes fabric.

Surface wear, softening, light fading, wrinkles, minor pilling, and natural color movement may occur with regular use and are not automatically defects.

02 · Care Label

Care instructions come first.

High heat, harsh detergent, bleach, incorrect drying, or improper storage can affect fit, color, and material structure.

03 · Alterations

Modified garments need review.

Tailoring, repairs, or changes made outside Branton may limit our ability to confirm the original product condition.

04 · Shipping

Orders ship in 3–5 business days.

If your warranty review requires a product movement or additional support, our team will provide the relevant next steps after assessment.
