Wait for direction.
Do not send items back without service guidance. We will confirm the next step and provide the correct return information.
Pack the garment.
Fold the item carefully, include original packaging when available, and protect shirts, knitwear, jackets, trousers, and accessories during transit.
Review and resolve.
Once the item is received, it will be reviewed for condition before an eligible refund, exchange, or follow-up resolution is processed.

Return pieces as you received them.
To keep the process fair and efficient, returned garments should be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from fragrance, marks, or signs of use.
